Affinity Healthcare is hiring for a Part-time Medical Social Worker to join our family of employees in our Lufkin office. Licensed Master's Degreed Social Worker preferred; min Required Licensed Baccalaureate Social Worker. The ideal candidate will have: at least 2 years of home health and/or hospice care experience, excellent time management skills, attention to detail, ability to effectively and efficiently document care and communication, and most importantly the desire to provide compassionate care to our patient population. Travel is required.
